They have been very understanding as I relocated attempt to adjust my schedule.

Communication is really great! I also love my team

Leadership team above Leah Flippin was great. She was the problem and still is. She puts girls on stuff she hangs out with personally and then doesn't respond half the time to me. And even removed me from the what's app without letting me know. Worse manager I've had in this industry.

Great with communication and working with team members

They were all okay people and reasonable when it came to getting time off. Very detailed oriented.

They car about the both the product we deliver and the individual.

My director feels disconnected. My manager knows their job, but doesn't tend to keep track of anything other than major issues that could be nipped before they spiral out of control. But they don't. When it becomes a headache for the client? That's when the issue gets solved. No getting ahead of it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More sense of humanity, integrity and empathy. Basic human emotions.

Communication and explanations of current, changing and potential plans for company.

Getting organized and having a daily plan or somewhat organized so the store rexer would go quickly efficiently and without kause.

Some freaking sensitivity training and classes on labor law

Treating the team of samplers like they're part of the team. Leadership is full time we are not. In my opinion, each sample should last 8.5 hours. But advantage won't invest in its employees on a full-time basis. Every demonstrator should be treated equal opportunities are lacking for favorite $50

Common Sense, team work it's an independent job no one should have to remind you to clean up after yourself what's go for the team is just as good for the lead they are not above the team. And they ARE NOT YOUR BOSS

Attitude ,movitivated not always in a bad attitude

No backup or reinforcement of rules to the liers, thieves and abusers. Only the FETs get thrown under the bus for reporting misconduct, and broken rules.

Trust your employees, and treat them as the professionals they are. Stop micromanaging. Too much time is spent drilling down to the most minute detail that the big picture is lost.
