The team is diverse. We live in a society that continues to lose manners and respect. When people go to a fast food place they don't reach behind the counter to grab their food they wait for it to be handed to them. Out of 3,500 samples the gratitude rate is less than 10%. Or just 350

Great set of girls and love this job. But some of the girls work fast leave one spot move on to the next and finish early and still getting paid for the whole shift plus drive time. Leah Flippin is always adding in extra pay to her favorites to get them extra money wether it comes from drive time.

We help each other out. We work as a team.
My team is very dedicated and reliable. Many of the SA's have been there for more than 5 years, so they are very comfortable with the DPIS's. They work well together during clean-up. They truly care about doing a good job and setting out the best quality samples as possible.
Coworkers are very friendly, most get along well with each other. The company is a running joke among us. Most do not care if we reach our daily quotas as they are usually so ridicules.

The lead in other management should train them before just throwing them on the job and then walking off and expecting other workers getting paid the same rate to have to show them how to work and train them
Stop worrying what the next one is doing or not doing. Do your job !
Look at the entire picture. And dont tell people its flexible if its not. If it us, dobt fire soneone for veing late to a fksxible start time

All the managers do is yell back and forth they never do anything to have the meeting properly done at the beginning of the day there's no safety meeting they tell you if you're 1 minute late to go back to the hotel room
We need actual time to focus on projects instead of being assigned to twelve campaigns at a time.
Learn to stop micromanaging everybody and get along and work as a team and not as a competitor
