Basically I didn't have to have a complete stranger to stranger interview as I came from a competitor, and they knew that I was able to do the job.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There was no interview just online communication

I would leave scheduling interviews and Orientations to the Event Managers.

Again, don't change agreed starting rate.

Have a virtual or face to face interview

Have the person that their interview stand at the demo when it’s a slow Wednesday or Thursday and then they were change their mind about working through the store or have them go up to a manager at Bjs and talk to them and then they’ll change their

You should not have to I interview with three different people,not should you have to deal with four different people before being hired That is very confusing.

These managers don't know what types of questions to ask in their interviews. They'll hire someone and less then 3 months later that person is gone. The turnover rate is outrageous.
