Sirena Boonyindee, is the best supervisor. She goes out of her way to make sure that each individual understands their job and what is expected of them. She don't abuse the title of her position and always have an open door policy.

Give employees reasons to want to work there. Not just money, but anything to encourage loyalty, any kind of goal so employees have something they can be proud to accomplish, even if it's only for them with no added value to the company. Good employees have drive and need somewhere to go with it.

I work in the demo department I think that we should get incentives if we sell over the amount that they want us to sell at plus I don’t think we get paid

Some of the managers at Bjs need to change their attitude they’re very nasty towards us plus they keep putting flowers or plants near where we stand for our plugs and it gets annoying after a while that you got to keep telling him over and over again but the

It would be great to have clearer advancement programs for different people within the company. Also, older employees sometimes feel passed over for promotions. Operations could improve. People are overworked.
