We have been able to collaborate to increase our business over the last year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation plateaus and in certain offices there is little room for advancement, particularly for people with certain skill sets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have some flexibility in work options, which is nice. Leadership team tries to do office bonding events from time to time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be great to have clearer advancement programs for different people within the company. Also, older employees sometimes feel passed over for promotions. Operations could improve. People are overworked.
