It has nothing to do with my compensation it's the teamwork that's lacking. The big picture

The public relations. the gratitude from the clients and customers. Mostly make me feel important and thank me for such a great job. Especially when sanitation was first initiated. people were very attentive, helpful and grateful for our works.

Interviews are somewhat stressful. feel like your under the microscope. Nervous that you'll say something silly or wrong, in all fairness I'm pretty good with interviews. Considering I've also been on the opposite end of the spectrum being the hiring store manager.

Pride, excited for a new adventure or opportunity to work for a company that has such great values. I'm always happy to go to work I"ve been in retail for over 35 years with that said I've been voted superior customer service representative, Self-taught. Shows strong customer service and work ethic
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
To be completely honest I've never met any of thee leadership and when I emailed my manager I was told he didn't have to email me back and forth. I was told not to bother emailing him anymore that's what the help desk is for. I never reached outto him again. I feel that as individuals were left out
