I've enjoyed the 14 years working at Anritsu because it's a friendly environment with people I get along with. I live near work so to the commute is easy, but do think the pay is below average.

My job functions can change on a daily basis, depending on what's needed, so I'm not consistently doing the same thing everyday.

The group I work in is small, and we all get along and have similar interests. I enjoy the people I work with.

I believe the pay is less than a comparable job at another company, and I would feel better about my compensation if it were more.

I like how the company tries to get employees to interact with each other by sponsoring after work activities allowing you to meet employees in a non-work environment.
