While I have not used it, I do like that we have tuition reimbursement for individuals that want to continue working on degrees.

My team feels like a family. We work well together and when anyone of us has an issue, we can lean on co-workers to provide expertise and guidance.

I have a really good Manager that is a great role model and mentor. I think that is important for employees to be successful and to improve their skills and abilities.

The work life balance is great at Anritsu. I know there are times when we may be expected to be at work longer for projects or customer related issues, but those times are rare. I come to work, put in my 100% effort and leave knowing I did my part.
