Nothing in particular. Depending on who you talk to the culture is either customer or revenue oriented. The end of month/quarter/year is a panic to make the numbers.

It's a vast and complicated multi-national organization. Trying to find the correct person to get a question answered is a frustrating task since the Org charts are so out of date that they are not only useless but impossible to find altogether. It should be mandatory to review/update monthly
