During recent years the situation has become dire. My confidence in the company and the leadership is at its lowest point. No investment, people are leaving for better paying positions, moral is low and I haven't seen any observable change. Do I expect change? No.

This is a Japanese company so the culture starts there. If this was an American owned company then the company would be ran much differently.

I'm not being paid a fair and reasonable salary based on my experience and ability to do my job. The incentives do not bridge the gap between my current salary and what I should actually be making.

Pay should be relative to ones responsibilities they take on and their ability to get quality work done on time. Some of us hustle and take on more responsibilities than others irregardless of the set goals at the beginning of the fiscal year.
