
Anritsu is a great company to work for. There is no micro-management which is an absolute positive. I have to deliver however I am aware of the goals. We are respected here.
Anritsu is a fantastic place to work and I cherish interacting with my customers and co-workers. What is lacking is training. Not sure why it's ok not to attend onsite training. Are we supposed to go in front of customers without hands-on (meaning lab) training? An area which needs a serious look at

I am the happiest when I solve tricky issues for customers and when my demos result in a sale. I typically leave no stone unturned and my effort is 100%.
Our management provides updates from time to time and encourages us to go all out. I like that about them. They are also friendly and approachable. We can take our grievances to them without fear of retort/backlash.
I belong to the FAE Team. We do equal work as the sales people however we don't receive commission for this. This needs to be addressed and my recommendation is to bring back commission and if the FAE does MBOs, then they should get extra for those. I shared my thoughts on this since it was asked.
