There are a lot of good people at this company who have been here for a very long time.

Our wages are much less than the wages for our area. Titles are changed to compensate for less pay.

Some of my team is very knowledgeable and even fun to work with, while others are not knowledgeable, and causes difficulty.

More collaboration and appreciation is needed here. I feel very unappreciated. This has only started happening the past few years.

Some of my team is very experienced. Others are not. Collaboration is essential. It’s very frustrating to be required to work with unexperienced team

When I can focus on what I am working on. More creative time. Less interruptions. Things are running smoothly. We have a common goal. There is no tension in the group.

Goals are meant to be above and beyond our job responsibility. However, even though we complete them, we are not compensated for it. We either get no raise, or the same raise as those who don’t comp

Communication, compassion, flexibility, and understanding. There is unfairness. Some employees are allowed to do certain things, such as working from home when needed, whereas others are not allowed to. Some managers are more flexible with their employees, and others are not.
