Banfield is a company that cares about its associates. We are supported and allowed to explore different ways of getting our work done. We are allowed to try and fail without being penalized. We are free to explore ideas. Senior leadership is approachable and open to feedback and conversation.

We are a cohesive group that truly cares about each other. We accept that we have our differences and do not feel pressured to be more than coworkers, but enjoy our time together. We are definitely here for each other.
