Managers need to manage. People should get paid more for the work they do. We need to train and properly equip the floor for the volume of customers we have because we are understaffed.
I do every job in the store, including sales, customer service, bridal consultant, replenishment, lead-roles, cleaning crew, etc and others get by with doing absolutely nothing but the managers will never say anything. More money.
We have hired older co-workers that move extremely slow so when we are doing freight, I end up having to do both sides of the store because they are too slow. We hire people that cant do the job and then the managers double load it on us and get mad when we cant do everything
