Just really good people. As a new employee, they reach out to make sure I don't need anything. Always have positive attitudes, which to me is paramount to company growth and success.

It make me happy that we as a company are very proactive. Innovative with new offerings and services and driving products make our customers more competitive and bring more value to their customers.

From my perspective, our leadership team will always make time to meet with me if I ask. Additionally, I feel the leadership team is very open and transparent regarding our company status and goals.

People and processes make me happy. In almost everything we do, there is a process. This is so important to keep our company on track, while making sure customers are not forgotten or pushed to the side.

Work/Life balance. This statement could not be more true. I've worked at other companies that told us Live/Work balance is important but did not follow through. My Calix work environment allows for a nice balance of work and life.

Work/Life balance is huge to me. We work hard and are expected to produce. If I don't do my job, it will show in the numbers. If I need time mid day to take one of my kids to the doctor, I can schedule. That's important to me.

Our leadership team is accessible. If I reach out to discuss an issue or have an idea, their door is open. I feel that our company and leadership team is completely transparent and excited to keep all of us at Calix in know. To me this is extremely import and keeps me driven.

If the company does well, then I do well, and of course if I do well the company does well. The exact way it should be. Additionally, I feel there are company benefits available to use that can fit any budget or situation. Calix invests in us and provides us tools to increase our quality of life.
