
I have recently joined Calix. The onboarding process is very informative and the company takes the time for a new hire to understand what the company is doing; I have not seen this in any other company. Calix has a great culture, and you get a lot of support from peers and management.
Benefits can improve - increase the % match on the 401K. Be transparent about promotions, this is a very common complaint, and I recently experience the same situation. Let your employees know ahead of time that your promotion policy has nothing to do with skills but with time at the company.
