Giving better hike and bonus to high performing individuals and a better work life balance is much needed.

They need to become better in communication and taking ownership of work. Should have willingness to help teammates.

When people enjoy collaborating to solve challenges together rather than escaping and throwing work on other. Coworkers are proactive and have a sense of ownership and enjoy the work rather than working for only paychecks defined by worktime.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

There is budget to expand team but no budget to make high performing employee happy. Also within org I see many are hired at staff roles with high paychecks but roles and responsibilities handled by them is way less than what I am currently having which makes it unjustified.

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Hire more cultural fit people with similar synergy. Proper pay band and roles and responsibilities should be defined for each designation. Developer should be given time to breathe and some burden of work reduction is required. Most time goes in documenting for manual processes or spoon feeding.
