
We get along very well. We know each other well and do non-work related thing together on occasion.
Spending time with customers, and getting to learn the technical stuff I'm supposed to know by testing it in a home lab environment.
Everyone seems helpful. There's not many instances where it feels like people are trying to sluff off their responsibilities. Most seem to be willing to go above and beyond.
They're trying to be nimble given the quick changing environment we live in today. It's not perfect, but they aren't about the "this is how we've always done it" mentatlity which gives me confidence we'll be around for the longer term.
It seems fair. I don't have this burning feel I'm not getting what I deserve. I would like more, but who wouldn't. But I don't feel what they're paying me + perks and benefits is out of alignment at the moment.
