The Talent & Culture team is constantly working to make improvements to our benefits, taking input/feedback/suggestions and delivering. For example, we now have a $600 fitness benefit that can be used toward equipment and fees associated with equipment and memberships for staying healthy.

This sounds weird, but they treat us like adults. Corporate policies are minimal; we're allowed to make decisions that affect us directly, such as holiday time (for which there is no limit). If you need something for your workspace? Buy it and expense it. Same goes for business books, courses, etc.
