Calix is an awesome company to work for. Calix values it's employees and it shows in many different areas. They also give us a lot of autonomy to getting our jobs done and I've never felt micro-managed. It's great to work for a company that takes this approach and empowering to us as employees.

I like that they prioritize taking care of their employees. It's got the feeling of being a privately owned company while still being publicly traded. They also prioritize hiring people that are a good culture fit and because of that there are some great people that work at Calix.
