Severe lack of communication. Multiple complaints from coworkers of new manager who's power has gone to their head and threatening to fire workers wrongly. It's to the point where many workers want to quit.

Majority of current workers are OK to interact with. But management of current store is severely lackluster.

Replace current manager of store I'm working at with someone who actually cares, will be honest and listen, and not talking very negative things about other workers behind their backs.

Too many issues to list in small box, but here's a few: Only regular unleaded and diesel are working for gas options at current location, others haven't been fixed in several months. Current manager backtalking (almost yelling) at workers for questioning their decisions.

Getting praised by the manager while next to me, but then hearing from another worker that they're talking foul things behind my back. More than once. I would feel better if the manager got replaced with someone more competent. If not, I'll no longer be working with the company.
