
We are all overwhelmed with all the extra side work we are expected to complete with no help.
We don't have help. There is not very much help from our GM and I feel discrimination from her also
The GM should be leading by example. She shouldn't get to do things that she tells us not to do. Like discrimination, pay for her food, smoke breaks, customers first, discussing personal issues and confidential issues with others.
If we had more positions available like a second register person and help in our kitchen the pay would be fair. One person at the register helping customers and doing all the extra side work is to much on a regular basis.
