
I never got paid enough for how i and others were treated by employees. Mainly managers caseys has poor management and poor training
We have no meetings. Just excuses of not being able to get everyone together i as a coworker have tried to explain to have mandatory meetings yet nothing is ever done about anything
Managers need to stick up for employees whom are honestly working hard and not trash talking them or there families behind there back or infront of there face. Need less drama and more working
First off being an actual team would be a start. Keeping positive and staying positive not just for yourself but others would help. Less criticism of others and more team work. Meaning being there to help those who need it and not trash talking them down.
Managers have done nothing but talk about other employees badly. They treat others poorly by yelling, eye rolling and flat out being disrespectful towards other employees. Training honestly is never there people are giving 1 to 2 days and are expected to know everything even when not trained
