I think the culture is being slowly eroded and the executive team need to be extremely careful that they are investing in the employees.

Merit was pretty bad this year. I think generally people are underpaid, and they stay for the culture. This means they need to be extremely careful about eroding the culture, which is difficult when there is a lot of investment in the company but not the people.
