Constructive criticism especially shared with longstanding employees will be received as something negative. They are so entrenched in what the bank used to be that it's impossible for many of these managers to even imagine that things can be done better, abd faster.

Well, firstly it is very relaxed compared to other places. There are no tests to check your IQ or any other tests for that matter. But I am not sure if this is right having seen people they employ.
