Retain and adequately compensate employees. The token bonus and raise does not even come anywhere near the cost of living increase.

Some team members are great and really pull their weight and would do anything to help you out. Other team members are just doing the bare minimum to get by.

Employees are leaving DXC and receiving large increases in pay. The only way DXC can get new employees in the door is to pay them more than current EXPERIENCED employees.

The company is totally unorganized, and act like they have never done this before. We have lost PA's (Developers) and DXC is dragging their feet to hire replacements. We keep hearing that the Job Requisitions have been outstanding for more than 6 months and not being approved by upper management.
