
DXC now is transparent (Similar to how HP was transparent before). Management thinks that employees are key elements to making the company run properly. For our team, people help each other out. And of course the flexibility that the company gives allows us to manage time; except some phases.
in terms of salary, i do feel like my current salary is at par with local industry standard now. In terms of benefits, i believe the company can offer more benefits for the employees; especially we moved to virtual setup. (eg. internet, budget for setting up home office; not only chair)
What is best in our team which i've learned by hearing stories from other teams; or even other companies is that in our team; people always want to help each other out, people always want to provide the best feedback to fellow teammates. Colleagues are not treated like competitors but support team.
i almost left the company for a very good offer elsewhere. But my manager; (with executive team direction of retaining key talent whatever happens) did her part in keeping me. Because of that,i reassessed the company culture I am in, the type of people i will be exposed to or stay in. i stayed.
Travel; because it helps me see the results of what I do. I also feel how much useful i am, especially to the clients. Helping others; providing good direction, tips, leadership and seeing other people knowing that I was in one way or another part of their growth . Being friends w/ colleagues
