The company push for changes that will benefit the employees such as the increase in our Maxicare MBL

I'm already okay with the non taxable benefits but an increase with this will certainly makes me feel better.

I haven't been able to personally interact with the Team because of the pandemic so I can't say that much about the team. I think they're approachable.

Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?

At this point in time, it is the virtual first set up. I enjoy WFH as we are still in this Covid-19 situation and it saves me time from commuting. I hope we can have this option/set up for a long period of time.
