This is my third company with an overall experience of 24 years - 13 years have been spent in this company. I am expecting this company to grow and allows me to grow along with it. expecting to get some new big customers in the list.

The work and the challenges we face during the work on day to day basis - keeps me happier and achieving.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The compensation compared to market is very low in DXC - currently the new recruits are hired with heavy package, where as the existing long term resources are not awarded fully or in par with market. The Comp ratio should be revisited.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The Leadership team outreach program and the open and frank discussion the leadership team and the ceo is putting forth is good to see and raises my confidence on the company. Once we understand the problem and accept the mistakes what has happened - we are in the right path.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The adoption to WFH culture after the pandemic is a very good thing - initially i also taught the work will be slow, but after spending some time on tracking - now the work is going fine without any issues and the resource also take ownership for the work and connect anytime and complete.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
The team had initial issues, but now has grown to come up with solutions when ever there is issues - this is a positive note from the team and a welcome sign. Only thing is we need a mix of freshers / experienced resource - we should be maintaining this mix for better quality and growth.
