Cut workforce. Find non labor costs to remove relentlessly. Add contractors then reduce contractors. It's a mental cycle of reducing revenue and cutting cost. This company is ruining my value in my career and my personal brand.

New executive leadership stop with the "at Accenture we did ...", "at Accenture we never did ...". All the talk of Accenture. It's the Accenture gang. If not in the Accenture gang, you are left feeling like an idiot and in second class and get the head patted when doing well.
