Over the past 4yrs we have made significant improvements as a company. This has motivated me to do my best to contribute to the growth of our company. Though on the employee front, compensation , career growth continues to be a big concern, due to which it is difficult to keep our team motivated

Bias for Action - When it comes to serving our customers to the best of our ability, I continue to see our team go above and beyond in times of crisis.

As a company we have made significant improvements for our customers and employees. There is still work to be done to consistently grow and be profitable. There has been frequent changes in management (Director), due to which leadership is lacking. This has a bigger impact on the employees.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I've shared my concerns / requirements with my manager, but there has been no action for the past 1yr. Employees in my team have not received a merit increase for 2+yrs and/or their compensation is below payband. It is very difficult to motivate the team in such a scenario.
