they care about each other - want to do what is best; it seems though they are always worried about doing it now vs doing it right.

I like my manager; he cares. The DXC IT team seem reasonable and motivated to drive to results. I don't feel I know about any other leaders beyond our IT leaders.

too much pressure - resources are not available with the expertise we need to get things done at the pace leadership wants; I could do the work if I had the training or the rightly trained staff. Recent layoffs of qualified mature persons have caused stress.
