At least market compensation for what I do, constantly taking accounts from people who are paid way higher and never being offered any compensation.

Market analysis for the high customer facing roles needs to be done for employees that have been with the company (and all it's mergers) for a very long time

Hiring, layoffs, length of time for approvals, Solution nightmares (hint offshore and tools), letting India GDIC run amok, customer relationships, constant cost savings in Service Lines at local level instead of back office. Constantly adding layers of management isn't helping our company.
