DXC is an Indian company disguised as an American company that lies to clients. EVETYTHING is offshored. IT Systems and processes are broken. There are too many managers and the red tape is as bad as a government department. Company slogan should be "That's not my job" - The Offshore Teams

My manager values me, but DXC does not value its staff. DXC senior leadership team have made massive redundancies (before covid) and no pay rises for years, then tell staff if morale is low its their fault.

Our ASIAPAC Managing Director is worse than a used car salesman. Where the company mandate is that 50% of roles need to be filled by women, qualified for the role or not. Leading IT company, IT systems are broken and dont work. I work in a great team with a great manager, but DXC is seriously broken
