There have been bad and good times; I can say that when you overcome the difficult times, then at some point things get settled and you start to get the benefits of the hard work. I like that besides my main role I can participate in other projects in which we can build on our company culture.

Many years invested; maybe it is because personal priorities change and cost of life increases; however, even though it is a great company, the salary put motivation in a low level. I value working remotely, but my family does not deserve a stress parent due to not been able to have enough money.

I liked that the hiring manager was focused in getting to know me and my skills.

I like the empathy they show in difficult times. I like that they do what they said they were going to do.

Some of them care about people; however, the interest is much more expressed in terms of the business but not the employees.

Having challenges, have the opportunity to learn and stay ahead of many other people in tech knowledge, not being a person in a tech role.

The people, we have built a great culture at DXC, this is the reason why it feels sad to consider leaving the company due to salary :(
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I think I am doing an important job for the company; based on compensation surveys from similar companies I can find that my role is under paid. Specially when applying to other company jobs, it is disappointing to know how much other companies are offering and find how low is our salary at DXC.
