I have been with Elemica for a long time. Up until few years back there was an unspoken divide between two main offices because of various decisions made in the past, this was detrimental to company and employee. I see this has changed with new executives and having a dedicated HR also helps.

For the last couple of years with significant changes in executives, they are more receptive to feedback, genuinely cares about employee well being.

With raising inflation and competitive pay outside, our pay should be revised more frequently to reflect that and reward loyal talent. Also have a career path and be receptive to job changes within company employee might want to make.

Good to see more diversity, positive vibes, being able to interact with CEO, CTO when there is a need. Also really appreciate our CEO's response to recent Supreme court decision. This is something only a company that weighs their employee well being makes as it is highly controversial topic.
