While there is a ton of room for opportunity and self-motivated advancement, there is currently no formal framework for mentorship or team/employee growth. I think this contributes to a somewhat isolating environment.

I really value the flexibility of remote work and think it adds immensely to my work-life balance. This is frankly more important to me than comraderie at work, but friendships and social connections with coworkers do drive my motivation - looking forward to building more of that.

More structure and project management overall will help create more accountability. There has been improvement in this department lately.

New leadership has brought a fresh perspective and employee motivation and investment. There is a general sense of upward progress and betterment.
