No work-life balance. Open 365 days of the year. Our busiest time of the year is Christmas and we have to work both Christmas and Christmas eve. No holiday bonus, no pto, no sick leave. Like damn! when can i see my family.

Consistency, and standards. to much favoritism; and our gm only knows a few aspects of the resturant. which leads to a dysfunctional mess every holiday/weekend.
