What do you like best about the leadership team?

The general manager the rest of the manegment team just kept saying they would do something and then not do it.

I really like wow they keep everything in order

Cool group of interesting leadership. I enjoyed the trade off in lessons to be taught about U.S. culture and learned about Brazilian culture. Unfortunately they favor their own ethnicity over any other, so getting promoted to a position you've demonstrated to execute in a superior manner doesnt help

I have no idea there's a leadership team because everyone can do anything

For the most part we all get along.

Only a handful of them are strong and are considerate

they usually try to work with all the employees in a professional manner

Long Phu is abusive to all staff in front of customers. He bullies staff every shift looking for ways to make their shift harder than it already is. This creates a toxic work environment and in his postion this is completely unaccepltable

Sometimes id be working and focused on my job and be told to work at a rate that is impossible to work at. They expect an impossible amount from you and dont seem to care about well being of orhers
