It was straightforward and the management was enthusiastic for how the company was a rapid growing success. Learning about the Brazilian culture, and definitely being able to "learn" the many items and meats/ wines they have to offer. Delicious!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Managers need to take more time in outlining roles and expectations

Expectations need to be outlined up front
Be true to suppirting empliyees and make connections and run the business appropriately
The interviewer should be confident and not desperate.
Not so much on the process but actually be able to pay more for the positions we are in need so when we look at the applicants we can chose better candidates
