People try to work as hard as possible. Bartenders & servers. The gauchos need work overall. Many do not give the guests the cuts of meat they request. They purposely avoid certain tables.

They need to actually be teachers and show me or orhers how to run the resteraunt instead of just expcting evreryone to already know everything.

teamwork could improve, managers need to stop scaring the female employees into losing their job for speaking up about harrassment
Coworkers need to improve how they treat other co workers that are not Brazilian. Yes its a Brazilian steakhouse. But they are no different then we are!! We are all there to do a job. So gauchos should not walk around acting like they are in charge or bullying employees. Managers condone bullying

Needs to be more of a team
Ive had several experiences getting harrassed by co workers and management wouldnt do anything. Ive heard horror stories that co workers wouod tell me and its honestly not a pleasant enviroment and management tolerates a lot of inappropriate behavior

Stop with the Cliques, stop with the fake-ness, be professional.
We don't have staff meetings. So that would be a start
The management has created a toxic environment to the point that most employees who have been there for more than a few months appear bitter and angry.
