Having compassion and being hospitable to both guests and coworkers. Speaking with respect and kindness. Smiling. Showing appreciation, and applying a team effort in service. Most importantly, more help and support on the floor during service.

There is a lack of knowledge, ownership, accountability & responsibility. Management as a whole is not great. They do not care about the well-being of the staff & generally cause more issues as oppose to bringing positive moral to the overall work environment.

More support and help on the floor during service. Everyone should be bussing not just the servers. Everyone, everyone should help and support the guest's experience. More support and divided up labor.

I feel undervalued because we do not get paid appropriately. Tips are split evenly but the work is not divided equivalently. There is favoritism & many do not work hard but receive money for the work they do not do. Management should be under a closer microscope.

People try to work as hard as possible. Bartenders & servers. The gauchos need work overall. Many do not give the guests the cuts of meat they request. They purposely avoid certain tables.
