I started during COVID-19 but the team still remains involved even though we are not in the office.
The best thing about the team is that we actually try to help one another which is not common among Account Managers.
I like that they are involved in the business and that the mantra is "never lose alone", meaning that they actively provide resources and time, (including their own) to win deals and if we lose we have tried our hardest.
