It has been an extremely frustrating 6 months. I have lost a lot of my passion for sales here and leadership does not value employees or make an effort to be supportive and provide help. Its either you perform or be worked out. There is a lack of organization and direction as well as many silos.

The culture and work environment needs a makeover. There is conflicting information constantly and processes and expectations change so frequently its difficult to keep track. Value your employees or they will leave.
