Hoping that once this bankruptcy is over, the company will turn itself around for the better
I love doing what I do. Just don't like the feeling that the company is on a downward spiral.
The pay/salary doesn't increase but the cost of insurance does. So, when you break it down, we are losing.
We work well together; work/talk things through to get an end result. We do this job everyday and know what needs done. The challenge is to get upper management to understand.
Frontier needs to understand that the employees are the base of this company. Not only are we treated like we are insignificant; when asked our opinions, they are tossed aside (probably not even looked at). No matter what upper management thinks, we all matter.
