roller coaster, In two years I have seen the company go from an organization that seemed to be very flat from mid line and below. Now the entire organization is focused on your title versus what you bring to the table. It's sad!

the interactions with other team members, it had a very family feel when I first came onboard

the environment is what you make it. I choose to interact with those that are supportive and stay away from those that believe there is an "I" in team.

There is no true sight line for growth. This organization does not believe in stretch assignments and therefore evrything is apples to apples. With that reality it is very hard to grow.

for the most part they seem to be a cohesive team that puts the employees first. There is definitely the few that spread a negative inclination and should move on from the organization, but I believe that is the truth in all organizations. Overall a positive environment

The company at the mid-level range has become very group exclusive and has completely lost its family feel. This fact is sad because that was one of the reasons for coming to the organization. There has been several new hires who seem care more about themselves than the employees.
