Be respectful and responsible. Avoid corruption.

Better communication and better management because I was working with one washer

The company at the mid-level range has become very group exclusive and has completely lost its family feel. This fact is sad because that was one of the reasons for coming to the organization. There has been several new hires who seem care more about themselves than the employees.
