I want a manager ans front desk to stop jusge on the housekeeping about the job. Ee are experiencing hood quaitly with the business than their option takes too kuch problem. They like to steal the monrys from the tips by the housekeeping and houseperson.

Super bad management and workers
There is no true sight line for growth. This organization does not believe in stretch assignments and therefore evrything is apples to apples. With that reality it is very hard to grow.
pay us better and be more concern of our safety without looking us as a number. Do not believe everything the guests complaint about.
