Multinational and multi billion dollar company so the money is always there..other than that not much posative..they do nothing to make there employees proud to work at Goodyear.

Company morale they do nothing for there employees, and better pay..there way below the average pay in my area..can't keep good people..good people cost money, goodyear is to cheap.

My team is great but we all lack overall leadership and morale boosting from our DM and corporate management. They do not listen to requests or concerns. They just use and abuse

In my area the going rate for what I do is 3 to 4 dollars more and hour, I am not paid commission or any other type of compensation other than my low hourly wage..which makes all employees not want to try any harder. They offer no perks or incentives for employees to even think about going above.
