After ten years with Heb, I have a seen a great shift from family friendly atmosphere, into an aggressive sales forward money hungry machine. They will quickly sacrifice employee and customer needs if it is profitable, but will always cover their tracks and pretend to be on our sides.

Heb management needs to have a stronger presence on the sales floor and stopping leaving the dirty work to the lowly hourly workers. Sitting around the office all day talking with friends doesn't do much good for anyone but themselves.
